We are a year into unprecedented times that have turned upside down our life and work routines. We are spread thin from juggling work and family responsibilities amidst a global pandemic and socioeconomic upheaval. What we thought would be a sprint of a few weeks has dragged on into a marathon that requires stamina. It is understandable that we often find ourselves bouncing between over-stimulation and numbing out. Over time though, this cycle causes burn-out and anxiety.

We will explore what resilience is and is not; spot when we're pushing and how pivot into receiving; how to interrupt the stress response and nourish the nervous system. You will leave with a toolbox of simple practices that help you find grounding, inspiration and energy in any circumstance.
