Lissa S. Gangjee, JD, CFP®, President and CEO of Sentinel Trust Company, will share her story of how she led Sentinel Trust’s workforce through the pandemic and how they not only held down the fort, but managed to thrive – bringing on both human capital and new clients. She will share what she thought would happen, what actually happened, and how her team met the various challenges created by a long-term remote work environment. Registered attendees will receive the materials Sentinel Trust’s leadership team created for their staff in order to help foster manager/employee dialogue and, ultimately, support employees and their families.
